this fall we will be hosting Taize Evening Prayers at a few new venues across the Fraser Valley.

Our first evening will take place on

Taize Evening Prayers at Westminster Abbey in Mission BC

Saturday May 29, 8-9pm

An hour of rest, prayer-songs, beauty, silence and candlelight.

The prayer songs from Taize are like small meditations of one thought that put one in a place of quiet prayer. You can come and sing a long or just listen if you like. Anyone is welcome and it is free! Harp, violin, trumpet, recorder & guitar will be the acoustic sounds accompanying our voices.

Proceeds from the sales of the single will go to support the Christian Friesen Memorial Fund at SFU.

Christian Friesen was my nephew that died suddenly and tragically on March 25, 2010. I loved him dearly and will miss him immensely. He was 17 years old.
